Our Booking Terms

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: Booking appointments with an Australian Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) are subject to availability and confirmation. Appointment slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of booking request.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours\’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment made at the time of booking.

  3. Late Arrivals: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. In the event of a late arrival, the DAME reserves the right to shorten the appointment duration or reschedule the appointment at their discretion.

  4. Medical Documentation: Clients are responsible for providing any necessary medical documentation, such as medical history records or specialist reports, as requested by the DAME. Failure to provide required documentation may result in cancellation or postponement of the appointment.

  5. Payment Terms: Payment for DAME services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer, as specified by the DAME.

  6. Confidentiality: All client information and medical records shared during the appointment are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

  7. Scope of Services: DAME services are provided solely for the purpose of aviation medical certification and related assessments. Clients seeking medical advice or treatment for non-aviation-related conditions should consult with their primary healthcare provider.

  8. Compliance with Regulations: Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and requirements, including but not limited to those set forth by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) of Australia.

  9. Liability: While every effort is made to provide accurate and reliable medical assessments, the DAME shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from decisions made based on the information provided during the appointment.

  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Australian DAME reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.

By booking an appointment with an Australian DAME, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. For any questions or clarifications regarding these terms, clients are encouraged to contact the DAME office directly.
